This Shipping & Return Policy explains how orders for the Kraken Rack Monitor device are shipped, how returns and refunds work, and what you can expect as a customer. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern all purchases and use of our products.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Kraken Rack Monitor currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and selected EU countries.

Orders ship from Sweden using UPS tracked delivery. Delivery is typically 2–5 business days after the order has shipped, depending on destination.

Free UPS shipping, taxes, and import fees are included in the product price for supported shipping destinations. No separate shipping charge is added at checkout, and you should not receive a separate import bill on delivery.

If a carrier requests additional payment for import duties, taxes, or handling fees, please contact us before paying so we can help sort it out.

If your country is not available at checkout, you can request a shipping destination and we’ll check if shipping can be arranged manually.

Order Processing

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your Kraken Rack Monitor, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned complete and undamaged, including all included parts and accessories.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can help you through the process.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we’ll refund the full amount you paid using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Please use a tracked shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or a description of the issue.

We’ll do our best to make it right.

Warranty

Kraken Rack Monitor includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow the user manual.
