This Shipping & Return Policy explains how orders for the Kraken Rack Monitor device are shipped, how returns and refunds work, and what you can expect as a customer. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern all purchases and use of our products.

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

At this time, Kraken Rack Monitor devices are shipped only to addresses within the United States.

The Kraken Rack Monitor mobile app may be downloaded globally, but the physical device is required for functionality.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of limited availability or small-batch production, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase or by email.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by law.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and responsibility for the device transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return the Kraken Rack Monitor device within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, provided that:

  • The device is unused

  • The device is in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and materials are included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refunds at our discretion.

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned device:

  • We will refund the purchase price of the device

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after inspection

EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU resident, you may have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. These rights apply where legally required and do not affect your statutory protections.

Warranty vs. Returns

Returns under this policy are separate from warranty claims.

  • Returns cover unused devices within the 30-day return window

  • Warranty claims apply to manufacturing defects and are governed by our Limited Warranty, as described in the Terms & Conditions
