How Kraken Rack Monitor Works
Kraken Rack Monitor continuously monitors the vacuum mounts of your rack and alerts you when a failure happens.
Install the device
Install the device and its sensors and magnets on the rack using the included double-sided tape. No tools needed.
The device is connected to the magnetic sensors that monitor the vacuum plungers (wires not shown in illustrations).
Attach the Rear Vacuum Sensor
Attach the rear sensor (for the rear wheel mount) using the elastic strap. The sensor can easily be detached when removing the rack, with no tools required.
Connect with the Mobile App
Install the Kraken Rack Monitor app for Android or iOS. Open the app, flip the power switch on the device, and it connects automatically via Bluetooth.
Receive Alerts & Notifications
The sensors monitor the position of the vacuum plungers using magnets. If a plunger starts to extend, the system detects it early and triggers an alarm before the orange warning strip becomes visible.
