Kraken Rack Monitor is designed for vacuum-mounted racks. The current version supports the SeaSucker Talon 1-Bike Rack only.
Support for additional vacuum rack models may be added in the future. If you’d like support for another rack, you can request it without any obligation.

The built-in battery lasts up to 24 hours of continuous use on a single charge. It recharges fully in up to 3 hours via USB-C. Charging cable not included.

Yes. Kraken Rack Monitor can run in the background, so you can use navigation, music, or other apps while monitoring your rack. You’ll receive alerts if a mount’s pressure drops below the alert threshold.
However, background operation can be affected by your phone’s operating system and power-saving settings. For the most reliable monitoring experience, it’s recommended to keep the Kraken Rack Monitor app active whenever possible.

Kraken Rack Monitor currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and selected EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, you can request a shipping destination and I’ll check if I can arrange shipping manually.

Orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery is typically estimated at 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on destination.

No. For supported shipping destinations, taxes/import fees are included in the price, so you should not receive a separate import bill on delivery.

Kraken Rack Monitor includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned complete and undamaged.

Kraken Rack Monitor is currently made in a very small first batch of just 20 units and hand-assembled in Sweden. At this scale, the parts, testing, packaging, and assembly time are expensive. The $249 price also includes fast UPS shipping and import duties/taxes for the countries I currently ship to, so the price you see is the price you pay. As production grows and I can manufacture in larger batches, I hope to reduce the price in the future.
